A strategically oriented and tactically applied in-depth examination of planning, performance evaluation, wage, and salary administration. An emphasis is placed on quantitative analysis of performance data and its relationship to performance outcomes.

Note: This course is restricted to students who have been accepted into a business student status or who are in Concord academic programs that have made prior arrangements to include these courses in their curriculum requirements.
