Biology

The degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology requires successful completion of 120 semester hours including (1) the General Education Program (six hours of modern language is recommended); (2) the Core; (3) the Cognate; (4) one of the biology areas of emphasis; and (5) a program of electives or a minor as worked out with the student’s adviser; recommended minors include chemistry, geology, physics, psychology, mathematics, computer science, or statistics.

A GPA of 2.00 is required.
