MGT 401 Compensation Management (3) Prerequisites: MGT 308 This course is an analysis of various compensation strategies, job analysis, internal alignment and external competitiveness of pay strategies, individual and group performance-based pay, benefits, and employee motivation. The course also covers topics such as strategic pay decisions, pay structures, job evaluation, competencies, pay-for-performance, and performance appraisals.
Note: This course is restricted to students who have been accepted into a business student status or who are in Concord academic programs that have made prior arrangements to include these courses in their curriculum requirements.
