Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (Effective Spring 2025)

To maintain a workforce, including Hiring, retention, satisfaction, and attrition, a functional human resources department is essential to any industry. HR professionals must have knowledge is key human resource areas including employment and labor law, employee training and development programs, reward systems, employee recruitment and selection, and assessment models. In addition, leadership acumen and a willingness to embrace and apply current activities and trends in human resources are part of the overall certificate program.

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management will require the completion of twelve (12) credit hours to be completed in one year.
