International Studies (Area of Emphasis)

The International Studies Area of Emphasis is an interdisciplinary program that will help prepare students for the challenges of the global future by giving them greater knowledge of the diverse social, cultural, political and economic issues affecting our increasingly interdependent world. With the approval of the student's academic advisor, the appropriate Division Chair and the Academic Dean, the International Studies Area of Emphasis can be used to supplement any major.

Required courses for a total of 18 hours include:
