Education, Special Education Multi-Categorical K-6 and 5-Adult (Excluding Autism) (BS ED)

The degree of Bachelor of Science in Education in Special Education requires successful completion of 120 semester hours, including: (1) the General Education Program; (2) the Professional Education Component; and (3) the requirements associated with the certification for Special Education K-6 and 5-Adult. This degree qualifies graduates for certification to teach special education (excluding autism) at the elementary, middle-school and high-school level.
