MGT 308 Human Resource Management (3) Prerequisites: MGT 305 A survey of the key areas of human resource management including strategic planning; recruitment; selection; training and development; performance evaluation; wages; salary, and benefits administration; legal compliance; safety and health administration; and labor relations.
Note: This course is restricted to students who have been accepted into a business student status or who are in Concord academic programs that have made prior arrangements to include these courses in their curriculum requirements.
