BGEN 412 International Business (3) Prerequisites: MGT 305 and MKT 305 . This course is an overview of the cultural, economic, financial and political forces that shape the current international business environment, as well as an introduction to theories, concepts and skills relevant to managing effectively in today's globalized world. It focuses on the challenges and opportunities associated with organizational management and business strategy in the global environment. This course is recommended to be taken in the first semester of students' senior year, before Strategic Management.
Note: This course is restricted to students who have been accepted into the Department of Business or are in Concord academic programs that have made prior arrangements to include the courses in their curriculum requirements.
